The kittens are registered with the Canadian cat association (CCA) and the cat fancier's association (CFA).
At the time of the sale, I give the customer the kitten's registration and the pedigree of five generation.
Will have receive the first vaccination and has been checked by a veterinarian.
The kitten will also have received two deworming and the customer will reveive the vaccination certificate.

The kitten describe as above is sold for the sum of $__________. A non-refundable deposit of $__________ certifies the purchase for the kitten. The breeder is committed to:
To provide a kitten in good health meaning no hereditary defects putting the life of the kitten in danger and not showing any symptoms of infectious disease before or/at the moment of the purchase of the kitten ;

Provide registration and pedigree;

To refund the buyer if death of the kitten occurs between the time of the deposit and taking possession of the kitten

  • Vaccination around seven weeks old (panleukopenia, rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and chlamydia
  • Two dewormings
  • An anti flea washing before the departure of kitten

    The buyer is committed to:

    Limit of guarantee:
  • In the event of death of the kitten for a cause covered by the present guarantee, the buyer will be able to choose another kitten of the same quality at the time when a kitten of replacement is available


  • The breeder can not garantee under no circumstances of origin infections disease that may appear (FIP, feline leukemia, intestinal or skin parasites at the possession of the purchase kitten


  • The reproduction system and breeding capabilities are not covered by the guarantee


  • Any problem due to the carelessness, lack of taking advices or any delay of alerting the breeder about a difficulty will cancel the guarantee


  • The final color of eyes, the color and quality of hair, the character and behavior of the cat are not quaranteed


  • A change of ownership will cancel the guarantee


  • The buyer will have to prove by an examimation and an autopsy that the kittens death was covered by the guarantee. The veterinary fees linked to the diagnostic methods are at the expenses of the buyor;


    • Recommendations:

  • Booster injection at three months old and then every year;

  • Protection of the kitten's bladder by giving kitten food containing less than 0.09% magnesium (Mg)

  • Elimination of behavior problems by castration (male) and hysterectomy (female) at six months old.
